ReplyDeleteThis looks like a tool I could use. Often times I have to troubleshoot another person's computer woes by talking over the phone. This often requires trying to visualize what is happening on their screen. Not very efficient. However it seems that with this tool, I could have them capture a few seconds of the problem and then view it to make a diagnosis. Great find!
